Cloud9 welcomes the Media for an Exclusive Preview with Michelin-Starred Chef Julia Komp

On Friday evening, Cloud9 at ARARAT – The Signature Collection opened its doors for the very first time, hosting an exclusive media preview ahead of its official opening.
The event gathered journalists and editors who experienced Cloud9’s unique culinary concept through a specially curated tasting menu by Guest Chef Julia Komp, Michelin-starred chef and owner of Sahila restaurant in Cologne. At Sahila, every menu takes guests on a journey around the world: each dish is inspired by a country Julia has personally explored – from Moroccan spices to Thai freshness and Korean elegance.
Set on the ninth floor of ARARAT, with panoramic views over Limassol, the evening showcased Cloud9’s vision: an ever-evolving dining destination where every two months a new Michelin-starred or award-winning chef redefines the menu.

Guests enjoyed signature dishes from Komp’s repertoire alongside a selection of pairings that highlighted the balance of tradition and innovation.
