Hailing from Portugal, João Oliveira brings a menu inspired by the sea and the flavours of the Algarve. His accolades include GQ Portugal’s Man of the Year Gourmet 2018 and the prestigious Chef de L’Avenir award from the International Academy of Gastronomy in 2019. His formidable culinary skills earned Vista Restaurante its first Michelin star
During his residency, guests will discover two evolving set menus - one in January, followed by a new menu in February.
