We are honoured to welcome Michelin-starred chef Michael Nørtoft as the next GUEST CHEF for November – December 2025 at Cloud9 Fine Dining Restaurant in Limassol, Cyprus.

Michael Nørtoft has emerged as one of Denmark’s most renowned culinary talents, earning recognition for his innovative approach and commitment to Nordic gastronomy. His remarkable achievements reflect both his skill and leadership within the fine dining world:

  • Michelin Young Chef Award 2025 – awarded by the Michelin Guide Nordic Countries
  • Head Chef and Co-owner of Ti Trin Ned, a One Michelin-starred restaurant in Fredericia, Denmark
  • Nordic Chef of the Year 2023
  • Captain of the Danish National Culinary Team under the Danish Gastronomic Union, having won medals at the Culinary World Cup and the Culinary Olympics with the team.

Guided by a deep respect for nature and locality, Michael’s philosophy — Our World — is built on showcasing regional ingredients from both Cyprus and Denmark. Drawing from the Nordic food philosophy, he aims to connect two culinary worlds through dishes that highlight seafood, vegetables, and a balance of freshness, simplicity, and creativity. The November menu will be followed by a new one in December, each exhibiting new and inspired creations.
