Michael Nørtoft is a Michelin-starred Danish chef, widely recognised for his innovative approach and leadership in fine dining.
Guided by a deep respect for nature and locality, his philosophy, Our World, focuses on showcasing regional ingredients from both Cyprus and Denmark, inspired by the principles of Nordic cuisine.
His menus highlight seafood and vegetables, balancing freshness, simplicity, and creativity. The November menu is followed by a new tasting menu in December, presenting a fresh selection of inspired creations.
