Job Profile

Ararat – The Signature Collection is seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician to join our Wellness & Recreation team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is committed to delivering exceptional beauty and skincare treatments while creating a luxurious and relaxing experience for our guests.

Job Description

• Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, skincare therapies, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and basic spa services
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend suitable treatments and retail products
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in treatment rooms and equipment
• Ensure an exceptional, personalized, and relaxing guest experience at all times
• Actively promote spa services and products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
• Keep accurate client records and manage appointment schedules efficiently
• Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Person Specification

• Degree in Aesthetics or a related field
• Registered with the Cyprus Beauticians Registration Council (Ministry of Health)
• Valid health certificate issued by a member of the Cyprus Medical Association
• EU passport or valid Cyprus Yellow Slip / Work Permit
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, salon, or luxury hospitality environment is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance with a positive and friendly attitude
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and beauty treatments

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, guest-focused luxury hospitality setting
