ARARAT Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ARARAT Gift Cards purchased online.

1. Validity

ARARAT Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

The expiry date will be stated on the Gift Voucher.

Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will expire and can no longer be used.

2. Where the Gift Voucher can be used

An ARARAT Gift Voucher can be used at any ARARAT gastronomy or wellness venue.

The voucher may be used as full or partial payment for food, beverages, wellness treatments, services or other eligible purchases offered by ARARAT.

3. Partial use

The Gift Voucher does not have to be used in a single transaction.

If the value of a purchase is less than the available balance of the Gift Voucher, the unused balance will remain available for future use until the expiry date.

For example, if a €300 Gift Voucher is used to pay for a €100 purchase, the remaining balance will be €200.

4. Purchases exceeding the available balance

If the total amount of a purchase exceeds the available balance of the Gift Voucher, the full remaining voucher balance may be used and the difference may be paid by another payment method accepted by the venue, such as cash or bank card.

For example, if the remaining Gift Voucher balance is €120 and the total bill is €150, €120 may be paid using the Gift Voucher and the remaining €30 by another accepted payment method.

5. Combining Gift Vouchers

Multiple ARARAT Gift Vouchers cannot be combined in a single transaction.

A Gift Voucher may, however, be combined with another accepted method of payment where the value of the purchase exceeds the available voucher balance.

6. Cash redemption

ARARAT Gift Vouchers and any unused balances cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

No cash change will be given where the value of a purchase is less than the available Gift Voucher balance. The remaining amount will stay on the Gift Voucher until it is used or expires.

7. Refunds

Gift Voucher purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund or right of withdrawal is required under applicable law.

Unused or partially used Gift Voucher balances cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

8. Redemption

Each Gift Voucher is issued with a unique voucher code.

To redeem the Gift Voucher, the holder must present the unique voucher code when making payment at an ARARAT venue.

The amount used will be deducted from the available Gift Voucher balance.

9. VAT and receipts

An ARARAT Gift Voucher represents a prepaid value that may be used towards eligible goods or services.

Applicable VAT is charged and accounted for when the relevant goods or services are supplied upon redemption of the Gift Voucher.

The purchase of the Gift Voucher itself does not constitute a VAT invoice for the subsequent goods or services.

10. Changes to these Terms

ARARAT reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Any changes will not affect rights already acquired by a Gift Voucher holder under the terms applicable when the voucher was purchased.
